BOTH Cities is a sustainable real-estate development initiative under Firmgate Group, focused on creating modern, eco-friendly urban communities starting from Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. The goal was to design a digital platform that effectively communicates the brand’s vision for sustainable living, showcases available residential and commercial plots, and build trust with prospective buyers and investors.

At the start, BOTH Cities had no online identity or clear digital touchpoint. The challenge was to:
Create an entirely new website experience from the ground up.
Balance aesthetics with clarity and usability.
Communicate the sustainability story visually.
Build a structure that supports both real-estate marketing and long-term brand growth.
My Role
As the end-to-end designer and developer, I handled:
UX research & information architecture in FigJam.
UI design in Figma, developing and refining the typography, color system, and overall visual language.
Webflow development, including layout, responsiveness, and micro-animations.
Content layout & interaction design for smooth storytelling.
Collaboration with a graphic designer for image assets and with stakeholders for review and approvals via Trello.

BOTH Cities became the digital face of a new sustainable-living movement. This project allowed me to combine creative design, storytelling, and technical execution to build a brand experience that feels modern, trustworthy, and purposeful.
